ABOUT YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Do you want to shape some of Denmark’s most critical digital infrastructure – becoming part of the NemLog-in development team?
You will become part of the Application Development NemLog-in department that is developing and maintaining NemLog-in, a key piece in the critical Danish national IT infrastructure, having all of Denmark as your customer.
As NemLog-in Solution Architect you will be heading the architect team and be the leading architect for the whole solution. You will, together with the other architects, design solutions, be in close dialogue with the customer, the Danish Agency for Digital Government (Digitaliseringsstyrelsen - DIGST) and our own Product Owners. You will advise the customer, be responsible for that the architect team delivers high quality solution descriptions in time as responses to the customers change requests. You will be a vital player in the management team, where you take clear and visible responsibility for your tasks.
While doing this, you will be a visible anchor for the development teams, advising on designs, tooling, strategies, S-SDLC implementation and much more. You lead the architect team, take the discussions, and clearly communicate the decisions, both internally and externally.
Your contribution ensures the quality, security, availability, performance and stability of this critical system, that is vital for not only major parts of the public services, but also for increasing parts of the private sector.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Creating solution descriptions for change requests, including architectural designs, and document them in solution descriptions, either delivered by yourself or your architect team
- Communication with the customer in order to help them create their change requests, to assure the architecture is supporting the business requirements
- Advise the customer for needed changes, e.g., regarding technology upgrades or security related changes needed to meet current and future requirements for the system
- Participation in the leadership team for decision and governance, where you are a visible decisionmaker on your area
- Have a strong passion on Secure Software Development, tooling and processes – and be able to communicate it to the stakeholder and teams
- Being responsible for delivering architectural info to audits, and to ensure their findings are handled in time
- Take responsibility for releases and their aftermath

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- You have deep theoretical and practical knowledge of the .Net tech stack, probably from years of hands-on usage
- You are a skilled architect and can document working with high-profile solutions where quality and resilience is important
- You have experience to handle a mix of a legacy codebase and new components developed as state-of-the-art
- You are a communicator – you can explain complex architecture to developers, customers and stakeholders
- As NemLog-in is a public MitID broker with rights management and lots of integrations, your skills also cover:
- Identity and rights management
- OASIS SAML2, and preferably also the OIOSAML profiles
- Cryptography, including public key infrastructure and secure channel communication
- The skills to like to work more in Word and Enterprise Architect than in Visual Studio, defining what the developers shall create and how, without losing the touch to analyse and review code
- Understanding this large complex system from an architect’s broader perspective, while still being able to delve into practical details, especially when problem situations arise
- You are fluent in Danish and English, both in writing and speakin
