emagine is seeking an experienced Vendor Solution Architect for our client in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design a highly-available Cloudera Private Cloud Base cluster spanning two data centers for both storage and compute layers and all supporting services.
• Align the solution with the resiliency framework.
• Design the solution considering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Plan a proof-of-concept to validate the design.
• Create a test plan for failovers and other infrastructure disturbances.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of the Cloudera Private Cloud Base technology stack for all components.
• Extensive experience with high availability features and setup for a Cloudera cluster in a data-center spanning stretch cluster configuration in terms of service layout, configuration, and underlying infrastructure.
