Description:
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with cloud architecture design and implementation.
Architecture Design: Strong understanding of solution architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman). Ability to design scalable and resilient systems.
Integration Technologies: Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and integration platforms. Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.
Database Management: Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience in database design and optimization.
Development Frameworks: Understanding of web and mobile application development frameworks. Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Supplier Funding and Portals: Knowledge of supplier funding models and portal functionalities. Experience in implementing solutions for supplier management.
Analytical Skills Business Analysis: Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications. Experience in process mapping and identifying improvement opportunities.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Soft Skills Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation. Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration among diverse groups.
Leadership: Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile principles and practices, particularly in project management.
Industry Knowledge Retail and Supply Chain: Understanding of retail operations, supply chain management, and inventory management practices. Familiarity with relevant technologies and trends in the retail industry.
Specific Solutions: Experience with DAI replatforming, F&R (Forecasting & Replenishment), and MyStock3 solutions is a plus.
