This position is part of CDW’s Data Center Practice, a single-source provider to our clients for all things Data Center. The Pure Storage Team Leader is responsible for handling customer escalations, assist with planning go-to- market strategies, acting as a liaison between CDW and Pure Storage, and mentoring the individuals on the Data Center team. The incumbent ensures outstanding customer service to internal and external customers as well as developing and maintaining positive business relationships with other departments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or the equivalent in experience.
- Four-year minimum advanced Data Center/Storage solution experience.
- Consulting or Pre-Sales experience.
- Thorough knowledge of Pure Storage products and understanding of infrastructure.
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong interpersonal and group presentation skills including consulting skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with passion for developing and delivering new solution offerings.
- Strong passion for learning and teaching others.
- Ability to think creatively and come up with proactive ideas that will increase sales.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with management, peers and coworkers.
- Concentrate on certain areas of technology driven by company technology objectives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in technology sales
- Pure Storage Professional or Expert-level Certifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced work environment.
