We are now seeking a talented Solution Architect to take ownership on the overall architecture in our digital transformation program with the implementation of new Human Capital Management (HCM), Professional Services Automation (PSA), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

- A unified solution with consolidated data from various departments, providing a comprehensive view of the organization.

Role Overview:
As Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining and overseeing the overall architecture, ensuring it aligns with strategic goals and delivers a unified solution. Working closely with the Program Manager, you will take a holistic approach to integration, ensuring that all projects and workstreams are coordinated and seamlessly integrated. Your role will be critical in avoiding silos and promoting effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the company’s future and contribute to a cohesive and successful digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create an overall architecture strategy that aligns with our business objectives and technology standards.
- Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure and third-party applications.
- Create comprehensive architecture documentation, including system diagrams and technical specifications.
- Create technical roadmaps and timelines for system implementation, ensure alignment with program milestones.
- Define data models, data flow diagrams, and data integration standards to support the new architecture.
- Develop and maintain a coherent information architecture and master data management practices.
- Establish and enforce master data management (MDM) practices, ensuring accurate and consistent master data across all systems.
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of a single source of truth for key data entities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices across the program.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- +7 years of experience as solution architect and translating business requirements into scalable architectural designs.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and integration patterns.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert) is a plus.
- Documented experience from similar projects in comparable organizations is a plus.
