Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of software development experience (back end, front end)
  • Confidence with cloud-native environments
  • Knowledge of DevOps technologies
  • Excellent knowledge of some of these cloud providers: Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, and OpenShift solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL and NoSQL Database (specifically mySQL and MongoDB)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Solution Architect, you will help our customers and prospects understand how to use the Mia-Platform Suite.
You will be a trusted and responsible advisor to a wide range of users from small to large enterprises.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pre-sales for target enterprise accounts, including new business, expansion, and account management for Mia-Platform suite and project services;
  • Working with the R&D product management team to convey the perception of the product roadmap and priorities;
  • Improving our product’s demo and customer-facing internal technical enablement for salespeople to improve understanding of core use cases and self-sufficiency in early deal stages;
  • Working closely with our Mia-Platform Academy to improve dev training and product documentation
  • Meet-up, public speaking, and advocacy support
