Participate is revolutionizing the traditionally slow loan participation process with the first patented end-to-end participation loan management tool for both originators and participants. We intend to democratize the loan participation space by streamlining the process and thereby allowing financial institutions of all sizes to use participations as an integral part of their balance sheet management strategy. Our mobile-friendly, web-based applications are designed to be easy to use, increase efficiency, increase transparency, and improve workflow for our bank clients. We are looking for an experienced Solution Consultant to join our growing Customer Success team.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a product expert, providing technical guidance during the sales process to the sales team and potential customers to ensure that deals are closed consistently
  • Assist clients with initial setup and implementation
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, online and in-person, helping communicate Participate’s value proposition and illustrating how the software can improve current business processes
  • Maintain customer relationships pre- and post-sale through consultation and continuous technical support
  • Create and lead workshops or trainings for customers to cultivate a deep understanding of the solution
  • Influence product strategy by effectively communicating feedback from customers and prospects, as well as working with the product team to develop and test new features
  • Represent the company at industry events

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a Solution Consultant type role
  • Experience in Technical Product Demonstrations and Post Sales Support
  • Proven success in Project Management
  • Ability to navigate matters of certain complexity
  • Solutions oriented
  • Conduct on/off-site product training
  • Critical Thinking skills
  • Customer Success driven
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
