Description:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience developing and deploying Strategic Technology Plan in large Healthcare systems
  • Track record of delivering business outcomes in the healthcare vertical
  • Expert level understanding of architecture/design for healthcare (hospitals) telecom/IT infrastructure/sys (voice, data, video) & systems infrastructure connectivity (imaging, robotic surgery, MRI, etc.)
  • Demonstrates Strategic Thinking; Able to navigate across multiple layers, functions, organizations to align vision and achieve outcomes
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
    Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $120,000.00 - 170,000.00, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.

Responsibilities:

  • Defines current IT / OT needs (i.e. systems and applications) in use in Healthcare today
  • Works with EcoPartner Manager and Team to map EcoPartners by Application or System to be considered when Solutions are created
  • Defines the future state of Small / Medium / Large Chain Systems, as well as building type and the means by which signal will be transmitted supporting each Application within the size and type of facility.
  • Identifies gaps in current model vs future state, formulate relatable messaging to Healthcare Professionals; Develops hypothesis around “what if your network could…”; Articulates potential use cases that solve some current (but focuses on) those that are more complex which require specific engineering / reference architecture
  • Presents Challenges / Hypothesis in tandem with Solutions Account Manager at End Clients
  • Propose the appropriate eco system partners for the targeted end use applications in the healthcare vertical.
