ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Solution Consultant at our office in Copenhagen. You will play a leading role in defining and executing our product strategy while directly engaging with clients to ensure our solutions meet their needs. you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver solutions that exceed client expectations and set new industry standards.
As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while also providing expert consultation to tailor our solutions to client requirements.

Your Primary focus areas will be:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features, together with team members (project manager, developers, QA, UX, data analysts and designer).
• Define and prioritize product backlog items based on stakeholder input and business value.
• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and the development team.
• Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
• Review and approve features and functionality developed by the team.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and how they can be customized to fit client requirements.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Define and communicate technical concepts, schedule trade-offs, and new ideas with technical employees
