Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in sales discovery calls and sales visits alongside the sales teams to gain a deep understanding of customer requirements and challenges.
  • Become the trusted advisor for our customers, putting them first, and offering valuable insights around the value of MES.
  • Work closely with customers and prospects to capture and document their requirements, leading requirement gathering sessions (either remotely or on-site) to ensure we accurately understand their needs.
  • Contribute to the configuration and maintenance of our demo suites, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with the latest product features and capabilities. This will enable you to deliver compelling demonstrations to customers and prospects.
  • Stay up to date with the ever-evolving Infor product landscape. This knowledge will empower you to position complementary applications effectively and provide comprehensive solutions to our customers.
  • Contribute to RFx documents from prospects, showcasing our solution’s value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with our sales teams on demand-generation activities, driving awareness and interest for Infor MES.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations tailored to meet customer requirements. Your ability to showcase the benefits, value proposition, and capabilities of our solution will be key in driving customer engagement.
  • Participate in delivering internal product training sessions, sharing your knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance their understanding of our MES solution.
  • Provide relevant solution consulting support in marketing events and conferences. This may involve presenting at events, developing reference customers, and conducting competitive positioning and analysis
