Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Solution Consultant - OmniChannel, you will be a trusted advisor to clients, delivering tailored solutions that address their needs in creating seamless, integrated omnichannel and customer interaction experiences, including SMS, email, chat, IVR, contact center and more. This role bridges the gap between technical capabilities and business strategy, requiring a deep understanding of customer engagement platforms, digital transformation, and industry best practices.
SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) frameworks and technologies.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, customer journey mapping, and integration tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in simple terms.
- Proven track record in delivering tailored technical solutions to enterprise clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience with APIs, data integration, and system architecture.
- Knowledge of contact center solutions, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Certifications in relevant platforms or technologies (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS, patient experience, CEM, customer journey analytics and/or omnichannel solutions.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client challenges and present solutions that align with their business goals.
- Solution Design: Develop and demonstrate innovative omnichannel strategies, ensuring seamless integration across multiple touchpoints, including digital, mobile, and in-person channels.
- Technical Expertise: Conduct technical assessments, including API integrations, data flows, and system compatibility.
- Product Demonstrations: Design and lead tailored demonstrations and presentations showcasing the value of the company’s omnichannel solutions.
- ROI / Value Creation: Work with product to establish and present the key value proposition and tailored ROI based on the prospect’s current situation and environment.
- Storytelling and Product Positioning: Work with product and marketing to provide feedback on messages that resonate with prospects to improve sales enablement materials.
- Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze client requirements to provide customized solutions that leverage the company’s technology stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, competitive landscape and technologies in the omnichannel and customer experience domain.
- Documentation: Create detailed solution proposals, statements of work, and technical documentation.
