JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Solution Consultant at Sage, you will act as a trusted advisor to Sage prospects and customers throughout their journey, diagnosing challenges and demonstrating how Sage solutions deliver business value. Daily, you will collaborate closely with the Account Executive throughout the sales cycle, enhancing our client engagement strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying prospects’ needs and goals, effectively demonstrating how Sage can address their challenges and help achieve their objectives.
We are looking for someone who is inherently curious and motivated to serve as a Sage evagalist, reinforcing confidence and alleviating concerns. Your curiosity will fuel your continuous learning about our product, the industry, and our competitors, empowering you to provide innovative solutions that help businesses scale and better support their missions. A deep understanding of our product, the industry, our competitors, and our partners is essential for success
in this role. In this role, you will be conducting
product demonstrations, presentations, and provide supportive materials and proposals.

Experience you need to have:

  • 3+ years of SC, support or implementation experience
  • Finance/Accounting knowledg

Responsibilities:

What will you be doing?

  • Identifying prospect/customer business needs and decision criteria, matching them with Sage solutions and services (i.e. Sage Intacct Essentials and related/complimentary technology)
  • Develop and deliver impactful, value-based presentations and demonstrations that highlight the benefits of Sage solutions at all stakeholder levels.
  • Assist in creating ROI cases and points of view that quantify the value of Sage’s solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality responses to requirement documents, showcasing Sage’s capabilities and the financial and business alignment of proposed solutions.
  • Work within a cross-disciplined team to meet go-to-market plans and budget targets.
  • Enhance professional presence through industry events and webinars to extend customer pipeline and establish trusted advisor status.
  • Use domain and product knowledge to quickly build rapport and become a trusted advisor to customers.
