At Arla, we are currently working on expanding our Salesforce platform implementation, and as a result, we are looking to strengthen our internal team by adding a Salesforce Consultant. The position can be based in either Gdansk, Poland, or Aarhus, Denmark.

More specifically, your responsibilities include:

• Delivering Service and Community Cloud functionality
• Recommend and implement best practices for meeting business needs, including training and support for utilizing Service Cloud.
• Gather business requirements for Service Cloud implementation and provide expertise in process design discussions for complex requirements.
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests, ensuring validation and quality assurance of solutions.
• Playing a key role in establishing coding standards, best practices, and design patterns
• Handling administrative functions such as reports, dashboards, workflows, and routine tasks

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:

• A relevant technical degree
• 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce platform and with integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms. We expect that you are familiar with Salesforce best practices and have the ability to pass on your insights working within Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, especially within sales and service cloud, including working with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs
• Ideally, you also have experience with the following: integration of SF clouds to SAP, CDP and Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, XP Cloud.
• Preferably experience from working with agile ways of working and within the FMCG industry
• Excellent English skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions to individuals with varying levels of technical understandin
