In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic Solution Consultant to join our RELEX family in Singapore or China.

THE ROLE

As a Solution Consultant, your main responsibilities will be managing software implementation projects through all the phases of a project lifecycle in the field of retail supply chain management. Together with a project team, of around 5 people, you will design and implement RELEX software for our customers, utilizing best practices and focusing on delivering expected business benefits. Your main responsibilities include system configuration (from designing, to developing and implementation) and data-driven validation of RELEX system outputs throughout different project phases.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Involved to work, projects, or services involving changes to business logic
• Liaising with the central best practice team and Product teams to ensure stability in implementations and business logic design
• Owning the configuration plan, providing time estimates, and escalating issues when the build is not on track
• Designing and creating business logics
• Optimizing model outputs, such as forecast accuracy
• Attending business logic workshops and collaborating with business consultants, Presenting findings and results to customers (both to operative and to management level)
• Participating in training and developing relevant knowledge and skills
