REQUIREMENTS

• Understanding of procure to pay processes with knowledge of B2B and SaaS
• Consulting experience in solution or functional design
• Experience with implementing and/or administering finance / procurement integration solutions (eg, Coupa, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Workday etc)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with software configuration and integrations and understands how integrations work and is comfortable reading JSON and API documentation
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and working cross-functionally

THE ROLE

We’ve recently launched our new Intelligent Workflows product as part of our Vertice spend optimisation offering. We’re looking for an experienced solution consultant to support our customers and define and embed our procurement workflows solution. You will be customer facing and will primarily be responsible for providing guidance and support on how customers can utilise our integrations and workflows product to achieve their goals. You will be responsible for the technical configuration and customization of the solution as part of onboarding new customers. You will work closely with customers, customer success teams and our product managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult customers on procurement processes and integrations as part of their onboarding with Vertice
• Provide recommendations and advice on how to optimise and embed these flexible solutions into a customer’s current systems and processes
• Responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of our workflows solution for our customers
• Lead and facilitate customer meetings, including Q&A and training sessions
• Proactive project management and tracking of implementation and adoption with minimal oversight
• Assist in resolving issues related to the set-up and ongoing usage of the product
• Work alongside the Customer Success team to deliver value and make our customers happy. Aiming to successfully onboard customers as quickly and smoothly as possible
• Collaborate and provide feedback to our Product and Engineering teams to enhance our Intelligent Workflows solution based on customer feedback
