ABOUT THE ROLE:

Successfully cooperate with defined Boston Scientific teams and customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of key project targets, including data-analytics, structured communications, digital platform support and other project deliverables. Facilitate project delivery plans and build targeted plans for workstreams that you will support. Develop your use and expertise in applying various solution delivery tools.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Support of the Healthcare Solutions & Partnerships Team in setting up and implementing strategic customer projects in the areas of process optimization and therapy advisory solutions and digital implementation& support. This will include:
  • Analysis and insight in the review, preparation and assessment of customer data
  • Support the facilitation of customer interviews, workshops and communications
  • Enable targeted recommendations and present analysis outputs
  • Support testing, configuration and set-up of digital tools and digital platform support
  • Collaborate with local project teams (including delivery experts, consultants and architects) in development of customer deliverables. Review progress and expose findings to varied stakeholders including customer and BSC leadership.
  • Active participation in all project delivery activities including customer sessions, leadership reviews and other meetings
  • Contribute to development of strategic planning by providing insight and intelligence on accounts in remit to support growth of BSC market positioning and share (e.g. opportunity sizing and potential, market / products trends, operational capacity/throughput, therapy penetration, organisation assessment)
  • Support the development of project standard tools and sharing learning experiences across HS&P delivery community
  • Build project plan as part of milestone roadmap and plans for project team involved with
  • Build project data-dashboards and apply these as part of project close-out expectations
