Job Description
Solution Deployment Team Lead - 18 month Fixed Term Contract
Join our dynamic and specialized team in a key role that will truly make a difference. As part of this team, you will be at the forefront of implementing one of the largest MS Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM rollouts globally. You and your team will be responsible for all Engineering aspects of the rollout to each global site.
Working closely with the Engineering teams globally, you will be giving guidance and assisting them through each phase of the project, through assessment, preparation and ultimately going live with the new system. You will be reporting project progress upstream and downstream to ensure alignment between the Program and site-based teams.
In this influential role you will lead the way by overseeing day-to-day team management, setting clear objectives, allocating tasks and providing technical guidance. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting the development of project plans to influence timescales and meet stakeholder specifications. You will have ownership over site requirements, ensuring our solutions make a lasting impact on our organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical leadership for your specific domain of competence ensuring best practice is set and adhered to
  • Day to day team management responsibility including setting objectives, task allocation and technical guidance
  • Support development of project plans to influence project timescales
  • Present analysis results and project solutions to key stakeholders such as senior leaders and internal customers as necessary
  • Development and preparation of technical records and reports as may be necessary to demonstrate compliance with associated specification and any relevant standards
  • Provision of technical support to key internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Communicating project status to key stakeholders on a frequent basis
  • Collecting and reviewing project risks and issues and creating action and mitigation plans accordingly
  • Reviewing RAID logs and escalating as required
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple sites at different stages of deployment within your team
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Essential experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
  • Essential experience in Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Preferable experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PLM system(s).
  • Preferable higher level education or relevant experience, in an engineering or science discipline preferable.
  • Willingness to travel
