Keystone Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Solution Designer specializing in Microsoft Office 365 for an exciting consultancy role. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting our client’s digital transformation and New Way of Working (NWOW) initiatives, focusing on O365 productivity, document management, online collaboration, and paperless business solutions. The Solution Designer will join the productivity services team to deliver integrated and innovative Office 365 and Power Platform solutions as a Keystone consultant.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

As a Keystone Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders at the client site, defining, aligning, and designing digital productivity solutions. By leveraging the O365 suite and Power Platform services, youll design solutions that integrate with Azure and various backend systems to meet the client’s digital transformation objectives. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across business and IT domains, including project managers, functional analysts, enterprise architects, and security experts, to ensure robust and effective solution designs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Solution Design and Stakeholder Engagement
• Conduct workshops and prototype demonstrations with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs.
• Define solution designs for O365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Teams Apps) and Power Platform services (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent) in line with best practices.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest digital productivity trends and evolutions within O365.
• Present and negotiate solution designs that go beyond single business processes, with an ability to abstract and generalize to meet broader organizational needs.
• Guide business teams through change management processes as solutions are implemented.
• Technical Expertise and Solution Implementation
• Develop comprehensive solution designs for O365 services (including SharePoint, Teams, Sway, ToDo, Forms) and Power Platform services.
• Utilize experience with Azure cloud services to design integrations with both front-end and back-end systems.
• Translate functional requirements and technical specifications for developers to ensure seamless solution deployment.
• Support data migration and data cleansing efforts to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
• Experience and Proven Track Record
• At least 5 years of experience creating solution designs in Microsoft SharePoint and/or O365.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing solutions on O365 Power Platform or equivalent Microsoft development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with both business and IT stakeholders.
