We are looking for a talented Solution Engineer who is eager to help protect primary Global Financial Institutions from the most advanced attacks and fraud patterns. Cleafy Solution Architect must be able to earn each customer’s respect and trust through knowledge and service delivery principles, understanding how these fit into our customer’s overall environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or a related field
• At least 1+ year of experience working in IT consultancy firms or complex environments such as banks, large financial institutions, or other enterprise-level organizations.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex IT architectures, including but not limited to network balancing, security, and containerized environments.
• Good understanding of main network balancing IT architecture components, like: WAF, ADC, LB, proxy and reverse-proxy, FW
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, and other technologies involved in delivering sophisticated web services
• Good understanding of end-point security, incident response, and network management concepts
• Basic knowledge of Cyber Security principles and best practices
• Good written and verbal English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Design the high-level architecture of the solution (data flows, integration methods, technical processes) in relation to customers’ requirements and existing infrastructure
• Manage technical and functional aspects of a customer integration project including assessment, configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go-live support
• Identify customer needs and map them to technical requirements
• Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies
• Investigate and resolve technical problems as they arise
• Create and maintain documentation regarding installations, procedures, and incidents
• Engage with customers and guide them in the full adoption of the product
• Work on new and existing product initiatives
