We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Engineer / Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and project management skills to drive the successful delivery of complex projects. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role as a Solutions Engineer or Technical Project Manager.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Technical aptitude to understand project complexities and provide relevant insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Arabic speaking is required.

• Project Management (90%):
• Oversee and manage multiple technical, projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, and track project progress.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring proactive resolution.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant team members.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Travel is expected, and you will be required to work from the client’s office.
• Technical Expertise (10%):
• Utilize your engineering background to understand complex technical projects and provide insights into project feasibility, resources, and timelines.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
• Communication:
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills to effectively convey project status, challenges, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and workshops to facilitate project discussions and ensure alignment.
