The Application Services department within Covestro IT is the implementation partner for business applications and their operation. Our team focuses on the areas of marketing and sales, in which we work together with the relevant business units and provide them with innovative IT solutions. In your new position, you will be part of a global team responsible for the design, implementation and management of Marketing and Communication solutions.
In addition to our wide range of benefits, you can expect an attractive starting salary of between €75,700 and €91,600 plus a variable component for full-time employment. The starting salary depends on your qualifications and professional experience.

As a Solution Manager Digital Marketing at Covestro, you will:

• Design, implement, and manage modern IT solutions within Covestro’s digital marketing and communication processes
• Take responsibility for transferring solutions into operations and providing ongoing support
• Participate in business consulting regarding the selection and conception of IT solutions
• Support and realize system consolidation, data integration, digitalization, and solution standardization
• Lead IT projects and manage internal and external resources
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in line with our C3 values

You Can Convince With This Profile:

• You have a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable field of study
• For this position, your profile brings strong expertise in the modules of the SAP CX suite (Emarsys, CDP, CDC) as well as in integration scenarios to connected systems
• Your profile shows sound professional experience, including project management and provider management skills, strong business understanding and economic fundamentals
• You are a team player (m/f/d) and have an enthusiastic and motivating character with drive, energy and the ability to overcome potential obstacles, combined with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have intercultural competence and communicate fluently in English. German language skills are an advantage
