Description:

Provectus is a Premier AWS and GCP partner at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence solutions empowering businesses to unlock value and accelerate their transformation via bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, Provectus partners with clients worldwide and is obsessed with leveraging cloud, data, and AI to reimagine the way clients operate & compete.
As a Solution Owner, you will be on the front lines of delivery, leading complex work focused on impactful business outcomes for our key clients. In this role, you will be a day-to-day delivery leader embedded with our highly skilled teams of experts, engaging with clients to partner on prioritization, backlog management, and planning, and accountable for successful project & program management. Our Solution Owners are specializing generalists, able to flex into new roles as required, and always acquiring new skills.
You will thrive in this role if you have a learner’s mindset, a servant-leader mentality, and a passion for getting things done. You may come from an engineering, design, or project management background and will most certainly leverage the special skills & experiences you’ve acquired throughout your career. A firm understanding and appreciation for consultative selling, account planning, and alliance partnerships is a huge plus, as are certifications from partners such as AWS, GCP, and Microsoft.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale, complex delivery projects on client engagements across all industries & verticals in a hands-on role.
  • Define and work within an agile framework, including estimation, and facilitating backlog—refinement, agile ceremonies, partnering with product owners, and demonstrations.
  • Lead short-term discovery teams to help clients solidify their vision, create a plan to pull the future forward, and align technical resources to ensure a viable & desirable outcome during longer-length delivery & iterative development.
  • Be an advocate for change, embracing evolving requirements as new information is obtained and leveraging empirical process control to incorporate knowledge into working product increments.
  • Serve as the pivot between business & technical teams, aligning on timelines, approaches, and outcomes while helping translate between these domains. Be the functional and subject matter expert for delivering the solution and owning the outcome.
  • Be a little bit good at a lot of things, and wear many hats, including quality assurance, business analysis, scrum master, DevOps, and UX as the situation warrants, sometimes more than one at once. IE- lead with a consulting mindset, a humble curiosity, and a servant-leader approach to the team and your client.
  • Be the first escalation point for team & client stakeholder concerns, identifying risks, creating mitigation plans, and resolving issues to remove roadblocks.
  • Be the liaison with the Client Partner and Accountable Executive, keeping all internal & client stakeholders informed and aligned on project status, delivery updates, risks, issues, and communications.
  • Prepare & deliver client presentations including discovery readouts, delivery plans, prototypes, POCs, and after-action reports.
