Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team, bringing expert-level technical prowess and project leadership. In this dynamic customer-facing role, you will collaborate closely with our field sales team to deeply understand our customers’ measurement challenges and craft tailored proposals for Keysight solutions. You will also oversee the seamless delivery of projects, playing a pivotal role in driving our customers’ success across cutting-edge sectors, including Wireless, Autonomous Vehicle, and Electric Vehicle technologies.

Responsibilities:

As a key contributor, your deep industry knowledge will be instrumental in guiding project execution, from pre-sales and quote generation, to organizing deliveries that include both Keysight and third-party products to nurturing strong, lasting customer relationships. Your excellence in communication, time management, project breakdown, and organizational delivery will be crucial for achieving outstanding project outcomes.   • Lead and manage Keysight’s customer solution engagements, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as business center, sales professionals, industry solution teams, and R&D engineers to develop and build complex solution proposals.
  • Oversee relationships and resource allocation across both internal teams and external suppliers during the project delivery phase, prioritizing projects in line with strategic objectives and available resources.
  • Actively drive and coordinate multiple interrelated projects as part of a comprehensive program.
  • Actively drive delivery of solutions that integrate multiple technologies.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions clearly and effectively to executive leadership.
  • Ensure seamless integration and communication across various project teams, implementing strategies to facilitate smooth project transitions.
  • Develop and execute risk mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Write proposals and generate quotes by demonstrating strong pre-sale coordination skills

Qualifications:

  • Strong relevant industry experience is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of qualifying customer System Requirements definition (Hardware and Software), Power in Electromobility applications or RF/Wireless skillset would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are important.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills are a must, as is the ability to develop relationships with customers and teammates.
  • Excellent time-management is a strong asset for this role

  • Multi tasking - Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Customer oriented - promoting high satisfaction with Keysight tools.

  • Team oriented - seeking and managing input from multiple resources for problem resolution and able to solve non-routine issues.
