Description:

EXPERIENCE

  • 1–3 years of experience in the Information Technology or Telecom industry.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of Data and Voice Internetworking technologies, including (but not limited to) LAN, WAN, SDN, Mobility, and Wireless, as well as the integration of diverse technologies at the application layer.
  • Excellent customer-facing and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in planning, time management, prioritization, and organizational tasks.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Experience in delivering customer solutions within IT/Telecommunications environments.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Technologies.
  • Technical certifications are an advantage (e.g., Cisco CCNA, ITILv3).

  • Understand Customer Needs: Analyze the business challenges of customers, identify opportunities for improvement, and plan for the continuous development of SITA’s business.
