As our Solution Architect, you will help to discern the needs of our business, their customers and development teams. Clear and convincing communication skills, and the ability to facilitate and inspire engagement among your colleagues, are vital for this process. We are looking for proven architectural knowledge, where you have experience driving key technology and business change.

• See the “big picture” across solutions, systems and the organization, and create architectural approaches for software design and implementation to guide the development teams.
• Creating and facilitating architectural design and implementation in collaboration with multiple development teams.
• Act as architecture lead in development initiatives to drive solution design and provide solution guidance to team members.
• Design solutions to meet short- and long-term business needs and requirements, aligned with strategic architecture direction and roadmaps.
• Participate in refinement meetings to ensure cohesive solution design within the tribe
• Help to continuously adapt and improve the way we work across squads and tribes.
