The Solutions Architect – Demonstration & Tradeshows plays a critical role in the Ross Video Sales Organization. As a key technical resource, this role demonstrates an advanced level of understanding of Ross’ products and solutions and is responsible for scoping and designing complex technical solutions to address requirements for use in Ross’ tradeshows and other customer events.
The Solutions Architect’s primary responsibility is to facilitate the technical design and execution of all demonstration and tradeshow systems, supporting major shows like NAB and IBC, as well as regional tradeshows, remote demo facilities, and onsite regional Customer Experience Centers. The Solutions Architect will collaborate closely with Ross Video’s Sales and Product Management teams to offer an exceptional customer demonstration experience. This role requires a high level of integrity, determination, and enthusiasm, while also showcasing strong technical skills, time management, and organizational capabilities.
