Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE AT IMPACT.COM:

As a Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in the expansion of impact.com on the Italian market, by working as a subject matter expert from the pitch phase to implementation. You will be instrumental in driving new customer acquisition in close collaboration with our Sales team by running product demonstrations, designing solutions and ultimately rolling out successful implementations for our new clients using our innovative web and mobile tracking technology, via varied integration methods such as javascript, API, FTP and through 3rd party technology integrations.
Your knowledge of technology and of the digital tech industry coupled with a creative mindset and interpersonal skills will allow you to thrive in this strategic team with a customer centric approach, navigate both sales and technical conversations at ease, influence our go to market approach and inform product innovation.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Gather client requirements throughout the sales process
  • Develop solutions design & craft solutions to drive new customer acquisition
  • Deliver in depth product demonstrations to enterprise clients
  • Support sales teams as product specialist and primary technical resource
  • Draft technical RFP responses
  • Project manage technical & security questionnaire responses
  • Lead product training sessions for ongoing sales enablement
  • Work with product teams to deliver client requests and communicate product vision to prospective clients
  • Drive technical implementation of new clients on Impact’s Partnership Cloud
  • Troubleshoot client issues
  • Lead technical conversations and suggest best workable solutions for complex deals
  • Work hand in hand with our onboarding teams to provide the best customers’ experience for new clients and help streamline onboarding
  • Support sales and presales teams as product specialist and technical resource for complex deals and general knowledge sharing
