Solutions Consultant - Enterprise
As the Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping drive strategic technical initiatives and content creation, acting as a liaison between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders, focusing on the private sector known as Enterprise at char.gy.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand client needs and collaborate with the Head of Solutions to recommend scalable technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their challenges.
  • Offer technical guidance and present effective solutions to the Enterprise team for their private sector target clients.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation including user guides, API documentation, whitepapers, and technical manuals.
  • Present complex technical concepts which are clear and accessible to a diverse range of audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure that technical content is consistent and aligned with business objectives, supporting marketing, revenue and technology.
  • Review our technical content to guarantee accuracy, clarity and alignment with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Implement best practices for documentation processes and quality assurance across the team.
  • Remain up to date on industry specific trends, emerging trends and regulatory changes.

THIS ROLE WILL SUIT YOU IF YOU:

  • have previous experience working in automotive, EV, and/or renewable energy.
  • have previous experience in technical writing.
  • have a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • have demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects and delivering high-impact technical documentation and tender responses.
  • have an understanding of tenure and property management.
  • have exceptional attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
  • being an expertise in the electric vehicle charging industry or related technology sectors is highly desirable.
  • as well as demonstrated experience and knowledge of real estate and its various vertical sectors.
