POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Mid-Market sales team by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and helping to develop tailored solutions that meet our clients’ needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in the exciting field of identity verification.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of Trulioo’s solutions.
  • Design and execute proof of concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate the feasibility and value of Trulioo’s solutions in real-world scenarios.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales documents.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Trulioo’s products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure customer feedback is communicated and incorporated into product development.
