We are looking for a Solution Delivery Consultant
Hospitals around the world are facing significant challenges. They are feeling pressure to improve the quality of care and increase accessibility while optimizing costs and care delivery.
They are looking for partners to help them address their clinical, operational and financial challenges.
To meet their needs Boston Scientific introduced the Healthcare Solutions & Partnership team to develop new capabilities and a business strategy that drives long-term profitable partnerships.
In this context, we are continuously looking for talented Solution Delivery Consultants who will drive the implementation of the best possible solution to fulfil our key customer’s needs, in the context of a commercial deal or project agreed. This will be supported by a broad portfolio of targeted solutions programmes and software platforms that have been developed, to address a variety of common needs for healthcare providers across the EMEA region.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • In collaboration with the Solutions Architect, establish a project charter and plan for each engagement component with clearly stated and agreed upon goals & objectives.
  • Own execution of the components of a Solutions offering as part of a contract or mission, management the project delivery, alignment with stakeholder (internal and external).
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the Solutions Delivery Team (local but also EMEA) to define, plan and execute the implementation of projects and service programs for Healthcare Solutions customer hospitals.
  • Bring domain expertise, such as process re-engineering, analytics, change management and digital/software platform implementation to the delivery of outcome-driven projects
  • Core member of Solutions customer account delivery teams and participate as needed in the commercial process for potential engagement opportunities as a domain expert
  • Work under the Cluster Solutions Delivery Leader to refine delivery methodologies, optimise outputs and share learnings and best practices
  • Track and report on key metrics to the Cluster Solution Delivery Lead, aligned with overall goals & objectives. Ensure that gains and savings are accurately tracked for the customer.
