As our Solutions Demand & Delivery Expert you will support, facilitate, coordinate, and coach the Internal development team during the delivery of Change Requests (for SAP) in Western Europe. If you interested in an 18-month contract and meet the requirements, we encourage you to apply.

What will you be doing:

  • Work closely with the product owner and the team
  • In some cases, you will help the team remove obstacles during Iterations
  • To execute your tasks successfully, you will utilize your planning and organizational skills, sense of prioritization, and high tolerance for stressful situations.
  • You will communicate with all internal stakeholders, including the BEC support team, IT Performance Managers, and key business contacts.
  • Facilitate team meetings like the daily scrum, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Support team with the technical side of software tools (ADO, ServiceNow, MS Teams, etc..)
  • you will rely on both basic and advanced features of a variety of software tools Email, ADO, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, ServiceNow.
  • Managing impediments so the team can focus on getting work done.
  • Coaching of team members & stakeholders in Agile frameworks.
  • Provide visibility and insight on Team performance based on your data analysis. Support achievement team KPIs and find actions to improve service quality.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the direct Line Manager.

What you’ll bring:

  • English C1 (Fluent)
  • 6+ months experience in a Scrum master role, knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement), problem managements and conflict-resolution ability, Reporting, and analytics
  • Scrum master certifications are preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational and servant leadership skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of service mindset
  • Advanced level usage of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook), ServiceNow, Power BI
  • Strong Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban,
  • Previous experience with project management tool (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project…) – several tools will be a plus
