This role is based in Milton Keynes.
We want our people to thrive at work and home, and also be able to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
If you apply for this role in this location, it’s important you consider your travelling distance, time and cost from your home to the office.

1st Stage – Competency based interview – this will be for up to 1 hour
2nd Stage – Possibility of a 2nd stage if required

• Proven experience as an IT Solution Consultant in a Banking and/or Finance sector
• Experience in understanding client needs and providing technical solutions
• Understanding of architecture principles and different technologies such as Mainframe, Java, Angular, React Native Frameworks and other cloud based technologies
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, comfortable challenging, constructively and influencing stakeholders across all divisions of Santander
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Proven experience acting as IT SME in any of the banking of function
