REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a solutions engineering, technical presales, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, and cloud-based technologies.
• Some knowledge in programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and technical architecture design.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor technical concepts to resonate with prospects’ unique needs and concerns.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, enabling you to identify and address prospects’ challenges proactively.
• Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional value.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and effective support for prospects.
• Familiarity with security principles and frameworks is a plus, enabling you to address prospects’ data protection and compliance concerns.

THE ROLE:

The Solutions Engineer will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and customer requirements. You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver tailored demonstrations, technical guidance, and seamless implementations for our clients.
