Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with technical aspects of the sales processes
  • Configure and maintain demo environments for Sales related needs, including the deployment and testing of new features to those environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to functionality, integrations, and performance.
  • Partner and meet with clients to understand their business requirements and ensure proposed solutions meet their expectations
  • Deliver bespoke demonstration scenarios for internal and external audiences
  • Develop and deliver proofs of concept (POCs) in support of sales opportunities
  • Become an expert on fabric products and related ecosystem technologies
  • Writing technical responses to RFP/RFQ/RFIs
  • Contribute to the development of product documentation, knowledge base articles, and best practice guidelines.
  • Intake of customer feedback in order to communicate with product & engineering teams for potential roadmap initiatives
