QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Educational Background: Background in information systems, computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering or technical consulting roles.
• Certification and Training: Certification, formal training, or deep familiarity with Workato or other integration platforms like Boomi or SAP PI PO is a plus.
• Integration Expertise: Experience in implementing integration projects, including complex enterprise systems and cloud business apps.
• Industry Awareness: Technical background or understanding of technology and industry trends, particularly in app integration.

• Collaborative Attitude: A collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to a dynamic startup environment.
• Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, capable of effective prioritization and time management even under high-pressure situations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Korean, conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, delivering exceptional value through innovative solutions and contributing to seamless Workato implementations. Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams from pre-sales to post-sales while shaping the enterprise orchestration landscape.
