Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You as a Solution Engineer will play a crucial role in onboarding merchants onto our platform. This role involves working closely with merchants to understand their business needs, providing technical support during the integration process, and ensuring a smooth transition to our services. This requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and hands on approach to own end to end the technical onboarding phase.

  • You will lead the technical onboarding process, maximising for customer happiness as well as speed to get the merchant / product live.
  • You will act as Merchant’s technical consultant:
  • Work closely with Merchants to define the scope & requirements for their use case.
  • Develop and present tailored solutions to meet the defined scope & requirements.
  • You will lead every merchant integration from a technical perspective:
  • Assist in integrating & testing with our API & SDKs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • You will be the SPOC for Troubleshooting and technical Support
  • Assess and resolve technical issues that arise across the full integration lifecycle.
  • Be the SPOC for Merchants’ engineering team and rely on committed SLAs.
  • You will build and maintain tech scaffolding needed for a successful integration process
  • Assess and implement any tooling.
  • Assess and implement any technical process to fast track the onboarding process.
  • You will own all technical documentation & trainings materials needed for the onboarding:
  • Create & maintain comprehensive technical documentation for merchants.
  • Conduct training & workshops to educate merchants on our platform and tools.
  • You will master cross team collaboration and communication:
  • You will master collaboration with the Program Manager, who will lead the onboarding process from a process perspective (project management).
  • You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering as well as Payments Strategy teams to meet customer expectations.

YOU’LL BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF

  • You have +5 years of experience as a Solution Engineer, ideally in a complex B2B environment.
  • You have experience in working with API-first solutions within agile companies.
  • You have experience working with Jira, Postman, GitHub, Figma.
  • You have a proven track record managing onboarding processes with Enterprise customers.
  • You are able to communicate complex problems in a simple and relevant manner at all levels.
  • Experience in payments is highly desirable.
