Description:

Enghouse Interactive, a global leader in Customer Experience solutions, is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Pre-sales Specialist to join our Milan team. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Pre-sales role, preferably within the Contact Center or Customer Experience sectors.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CTI Contact Center environments, Linux, and Microsoft operating systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions.
  • Team Player: Strong team orientation with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Willingness to Travel: Availability for travel as required by the role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a technical or management focus.
  • Certifications: Certifications in CRM, CTI environments, or related fields are highly valued.
  • Web Technologies: Proficiency in web-oriented languages such as JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML5.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical & Consultative Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide expert technical and consultative support, driving business objectives.
  • Pre-sales & Quotation: Lead the pre-sales process, from understanding client requirements to defining project scope, performance, timelines, and costs.
  • Client Engagement: Partner with the sales force to analyze and understand both new and existing clients’ needs and processes, crafting tailored solutions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations that showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation to support sales efforts and project implementations.
  • Project Transition: Act as the bridge between the sales and implementation teams, ensuring a smooth transition and successful project outcomes.
  • Internal Advocacy: Represent client technical and infrastructure requirements within the company to ensure solution alignment and project success.
