DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a similar technical support, solutions engineering, or IT role.
  • Good understanding of market leading collaboration tools such as Slack, Google and Atlassian productions
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues in real-time.
  • Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be an integral part of our IT team, supporting our media operations by helping Schibsted users get the most out of our existing and future digital toolkits. You’ll work closely with teams across the company, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ensuring that our solutions are optimized and future-proof.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with various media teams to understand their needs and ensure they are utilizing Collaboration tools effectively.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support, offering timely and reliable solutions for both current and future media toolkits.
  • Engage in proactive maintenance and enhancements to ensure tool compatibility and performance.
  • Contribute to the development of new tools and systems that will elevate our media operations, ensuring smooth integration and implementation.
  • Offer training and guidance to users, empowering them to maximize the potential of Schibsted’s media technology.
