Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead a team of local Bid Managers, Strategic Business Architects, and Solution Business Developers; Accelerate solution culture across the entire market organization (Sales, Marketing, Solution delivery). Drive LSPs & implement Solutions Localization (NPI) and manage solution funnel in accordance with customer pain points.

Responsibilities:

  • Accelerating solution culture across the entire Market organisation (Sales, Marketing, Solution delivery);
  • Developing LSPs & implementing Solutions Localization (NPI);
  • Creating a Solution funnel in accordance with customer pain points;
  • Driving strategic customer engagements (LSPs);
  • Assessing solution Market fit & localizing/managing portfolio within Zone – incl. NPIs;
  • Identifying and engaging with first-of-kind customers and co-creating pilot solutions;
  • Building Local Business Model VPs incl. commercial strategy;
  • Consolidating local voice of the customer;
  • Managing innovation & research initiatives.
