Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead a team of local Bid Managers, Strategic Business Architects, and Solution Business Developers; Accelerate solution culture across the entire market organization (Sales, Marketing, Solution delivery). Drive LSPs & implement Solutions Localization (NPI) and manage solution funnel in accordance with customer pain points.
Responsibilities:
- Accelerating solution culture across the entire Market organisation (Sales, Marketing, Solution delivery);
- Developing LSPs & implementing Solutions Localization (NPI);
- Creating a Solution funnel in accordance with customer pain points;
- Driving strategic customer engagements (LSPs);
- Assessing solution Market fit & localizing/managing portfolio within Zone – incl. NPIs;
- Identifying and engaging with first-of-kind customers and co-creating pilot solutions;
- Building Local Business Model VPs incl. commercial strategy;
- Consolidating local voice of the customer;
- Managing innovation & research initiatives.
