Team Introduction
The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong ownership, prompt response, quick implementation, drive, and a spirit of collaboration without boundaries, taking full responsibility for overall business.
• Skilled in communication with various functional teams, establishing cooperation and trust, and able to find effective solutions in multi-team collaborations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years of experience in payment product management.
• Highly sensitive to business, thoroughly understanding business pain points and needs, with the ability to judge and make decisions on priorities and urgency.

• Engage with ByteDance’s international business lines, thoroughly understand business scenarios and logic, and combine payment industry experience to produce product solutions that support business development and innovation continuously.
• Internally analyze business requirements, clarify the value and priority of these requirements, and break them down into subdomains including but not limited to cashier, payment, funds, risk control, compliance, channels, onboarding, and marketing. Ensure that all domains fully align with business semantics during the product delivery process, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery.
• Be responsible for business metrics, continuously enhance payment product capabilities based on these metrics, keep up with the latest industry trends, develop product optimization plans suitable for the business, and promote their implementation.
• Ensure firm business operations, resolve online emergencies, summarize and attribute issues, and continuously improve payment product stability.
• Identify business-specific customization logic, build solution module product capabilities, and meet personalized business needs.
