The Solution Sales Manager position is key in any company that wishes to achieve a high level of growth in terms of sales and revenue. FORT has reached this point and, as such, is actively seeking a new colleague that can increase the customer base, by generating new and challenging projects related to cybersecurity.
The opened position is specifically tailored for individuals that are tech savvy and for which the selling process is something more than what can be found in literature reviews. Increased customer orientation is expected, and results will be highly rewarded.
You will be working under the direct coordination of the company’s Chief Revenue Officer, who will provide empowerment, in order to achieve goals in an autonomous fashion.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Generating and nurturing sales leads
  • Actively participate in creating the sales strategy for future time frames
  • Attend specific cybersecurity formal gathering and events
  • Meet potential customers and evaluate their interest for the company’s products and services
  • Create state of the art presentations and speeches
  • Source new leads from internal and external data sets
  • Close deals within give time frames
  • Achieve the sales target, as agreed upon
  • Participate in customer meetings and deliver presentations related to FORT’s products and services
  • Expand the reach of the company to customers outside Romania (currently, the main goal for FORT)

Professional requirements:

  • At 3 years’ experience as sales executive/business development/presales in the field of cybersecurity
  • Know how concerning various cybersecurity technologies, like XDR/EDR, SIEM, SOAR, Firewalls, Web Application Firewalls, E-mail Protection, DDoS protection,
  • Aware of cybersecurity vendors, like F5, CyberArk, Radware, CrowdStrike, TrendMicro, Cynet
  • Excellent understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the way they can address customer needs
  • Proven track record of establishing meaningful partnerships with clients
  • Experience in presenting complex security/IT services and products to CXOs
  • Sales track record (at least 0.25 mln Euro/year)
