As a Solutions Specialist, you’ll design, develop, test and implement integrations for our customers. You will work with internal teams and customers directly to ensure we deliver optimal solutions on time.

You can expect to:

• Develop a deep understanding of Bridgit Bench, our customers, their data workflows and the key problems they are trying to solve with integrations
• Gather requirements, outline field mappings, build, troubleshoot and test integrations with multiple partner systems
• Work directly with customers to develop integration solutions based on their tech stack and workflows
• Document and maintain existing integrations to ensure they are up to date and evolve with our product
• Be a trusted advisor to our customers in data, automation, software solutions, and Bridgit Bench
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on API enhancements

• Support new automation initiatives to help the team scale
