Set against the stunning green-blue coastline of Sardinia, our exceptional restaurant captures the essence of a truly iconic seasonal experience within one of the Mediterranean’s most prestigious destinations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless and efficient wine and sake service daily
• Use your in-depth knowledge of wine, sake, and food pairings to enhance guest experiences and drive sales
• Manage wine and sake stock levels and oversee ordering procedures with accuracy and care
• Monitor and maintain wine and sake service equipment, addressing any needs with management
• Build relationships with regular guests and high-value customers, creating lasting connections
• Handle guest feedback professionally, keeping senior management informed of key updates
