THE ROLE

We are excited to welcome a dynamic and talented Sourcing and Product Innovation Executive to join our Helsinki team! Reporting directly to our Managing Director, this is a unique opportunity to work on creating and developing a diverse range of consumer goods across multiple exciting brands and product categories, including apparel, accessories, home decor, and textiles.
In this role, you will have the chance to manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to manufacturing, design, marketing, and meeting financial goals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brands in the marketplace, working with a passionate and creative team to bring innovative products to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducting market research to discover new product opportunities and trends.
• Making strategic design decisions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and production efficiency.
• Sourcing and fostering relationships with top-tier manufacturers to ensure the highest quality standards for our brands.
• Negotiating competitive prices and terms with suppliers.
• Managing the full product sourcing process, from the initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and overseeing quality control.
• Ensuring all products comply with US trade regulations and international standards.
• Collaborating closely with photographers, videographers, and copywriters to create engaging marketing materials that showcase our products.
• Engaging daily with a wide network of entrepreneurs, designers, craftsmen, quality control specialists, logistics experts, and regulatory advisors to bring products from concept to reality.
