JOB SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a Sourcing Coordinator who can provide additional support to our Sourcing Department. The ideal candidate will be able to assist with various tasks across our Import, Fabric, Fit & Spec and Quality Control teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- DEC in Fashion Design or Fashion Marketing (an asset);
- 1-3 years of experience in Import/Production (apparel industry);
- Detailed oriented, self-motivated;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word);
- Bilingual (English/French).
- Having a good understanding of the garment/apparel industry.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with suppliers overseas;
- Follow up with designers for all approvals of trims & lab dips;
- Follow up on fabric developments and maintain fabric log;
- Forward and ensure receipt of purchase orders to vendors;
- Maintain a status on incoming packages and samples;
- Support Specialist by maintaining updated status reports.
