Description:
We are looking for a Sourcing & Inventory Analyst to join our Luxco Team in St. Louis, MO. This role will be responsible for working as a member of Luxco’s Supply Chain team in developing vendor relations, analyzing sourcing options, managing ERP processes, analyzing inventory control and variance reporting processes. This position is also responsible for implementing new products from idea to production in a cross-departmental and fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation
- Manage the input, auditing, and updates of product information across various ERP programs.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Review packaging technical drawings and art files to ensure accuracy and conformance.
- Work with Luxco quality management and manufacturing management to achieve proper material specifications and communicate said specifications with vendors.
Inventory Control
- Audit and update forecasting tools to ensure effective procurement tools are available to purchasing team.
- Run data reports to analyze proper stock levels, maintain vendor lead times, establish minimum stock requirements, communicate with purchasing team on constant basis.
- Participate in annual physical inventory processes.
Product Development and Sourcing
- Manage cross-departmental committee meetings on new product development and item redesign efforts.
- Locate and develop relationships, and coordinate with vendors and operations to ensure timely release on new projects.
Analysis and Budgeting
- Analyze and report results on purchase price variances at material and ancillary levels.
- Establish and validate standard costs with Finance. Participate in annual cost of goods budget processes.
