SKILLS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in supply chain, logistics, sales & marketing finance, economics, engineering, or other technical degree
• At least 5 years of experience in the chemical industry
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Other European language is a plus.
• Must be able to relate well with individuals at various levels, inside and outside of organization
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• ERP Systems experience, SAP and BW Knowledge are an advantage
• 10-15% of travelling is required

As a Sourcing Manager Europe, you’ll be at the forefront of our innovation, procuring a slate of goods at the optimal value (security of supply, cost of ownership, competitive advantage) for the company in alignment with business objectives and represent the Lubrizol brand to our supply base by having a broad insight into upstream markets and use that knowledge to bring value and opportunities to the company. You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. Your work will directly impact the way we negotiate, deal and support our key stakeholders.
