Description:
EDUCATION:
Formal education in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related business field (commercial apprenticeship). Equivalent experience will be considered
Experience:
3-5+ years of experience in Sales of Consumer Electronics, Ecommerce or Remarketing.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and German
- High interest in e-commerce with the goal of an ideal customer expierence
- Focus on process management and their optimization
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations
- Experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) is an advantage
- Ability to communicate adequately and in a structured manner and respond appropriately to customers
- Self-responsibility, initiative, solution-oriented way of working and multi-tasking skills
- Trustworthy, strong in organization and have analytical thinking skills
- Reliable, team-oriented and communicative personality with a high hands-on mentality for a dynamic environment
- Quick comprehension and ability to make decisions, entrepreneurial thinking
- Initiative in developing and improving workflows, flexibility and resilience

Responsibilities:
Administrative, commercial operational support of projects and order processing:
- Independent management and strategic commercial development of the sourcing partners
- Onboarding new potential partners in mobile retail industry in Central Europe
- Creation of campaigns and projects to increase visibility of recommerce
- Reviewing and streamlining existing sourcing funnels
- Responsibility of correct invoicing and process flow
Collaboration with product management:
- Maintenance of product databases and documentation
Further Tasks:
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Director of Sourcing or the Employer.
- Independent planning and coordination of administrative tasks
