We are now seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to help scale our production. As Sourcing Manager you will be responsible for operative purchasing and supplier relations. You work in project teams that includes professionals of multiple areas. To succeed you need to work closely together and support each other.

Qualifications and skills
BSc or MSC in Business, Engineering or other relevant degree
Prior industrial experience in sourcing , tenders and ERP and experience in making purchase orders
Good negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills
Good priorisation and analytical skills
Financial planning and management
Willingness to take responsibility
Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal, additional languages are a plus
Proficient in the use of Office 365 Products , including advanced Excel skills
Key tasks
Source products and services efficiently and cost-effectively and make purchase orders to suppliers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, evaluate their performance and use your advanced negotiating skills to ensure best terms for contracts.
Optimize inventory levels.
Collaborate with cross-team functions to understand their supply needs and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Operate in ERP environment.
Manage sourcing budget.
Ensure that products and services purchased meet the required quality standards.
Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends, products and suppliers and create and manage tenders and order approval.
Ensure that all sourcing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations and company policy.
