AS A SOURCING SPECIALIST, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Collaborating with Global Category Team on Sourcing Category Strategy, Supplier Selection and Onboarding, and Supplier Negotiations to achieve deflation initiatives
• Defining supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels. Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers
• Developing and executing long term strategies for the assigned commodity, ensuring best performance for New Product Introduction, First Article and Order to Receipt (OTR) Procurement
• Managing Supplier Delivery and Quality Performance, Cost and Inventory management, and Supplier Relationship Management
• Collaborating with Supplier Quality Team for Supplier Performance and Quality issues
• Developing Sourcing initiatives for product cost out initiatives, deflation, cycle time reduction, BCC Sourcing and cash flow improvement (e.g. rebate, payment terms)

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial, Supply Chain, Business or a related field
• Have a good communication and negotiation skills, as well as good organizational and time management skills
• Have a good knowledge of Purchasing practices, principles and procedures
• Have a Procurement experience in SAP and Ariba system
• Have keen interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills
